David Brocklebank

David Brocklebank spent 20 years in the technology industry in a variety of roles and technologies including digital rights management, optical storage and multidimensional modelling. Ten years ago he moved into the social sector as CEO of Guidestar Data Services, a data specialist on the charity sector which sowed the seeds of what would become his second career.

He is currently a trustee of Tree Shepherd, Executive Director of the Venture Partnership Foundation, and Chair at Alquity Transforming Lives Foundation.

Cynthia Mukiwa

Cynthia Mukiwa, MBA, is a Finance professional who has worked in the insurance industry for over 15 years. She currently works in a top professional services firm focusing on Insurance regulation, as well as environmental, social and governance (ESG) related matters. Leveraging her experience, Cynthia contributes as part of a community of business professionals who assist entrepreneurs and start-ups in structuring and developing their business ideas. She also actively leads and participates in social enterprise initiatives of African diaspora women in the UK and EU to drive positive social change and empowerment in Africa.

Jonathan Clarke

Jonathan Clarke leads the HR team at Kilburn & Strode LLP. Jonathan joined the firm in 2015 and has over 25 years’ experience in human resources, most of it in professional services.

He has built his experience working at a charity, within central government, a global audit and consulting practice and a major international law firm. He is proud to be a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

Andrew Livingston

Andrew Livingston is a portfolio finance director advising companies on developing management reporting systems, preparing for capital transactions, and enhancing forecasting capabilities.

Over twenty-five years’ accounting experience, both in the UK and overseas, of which the last twenty has been at director level. Sectors worked in include property, light and heavy manufacturing, construction and consulting. Andrew is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

Simon Hall

Simon Hall is a very experienced senior leader who is passionate about improving people’s lives through better services, providing opportunity, creating and regenerating places and neighbourhoods. He has substantial project management and delivery experience and worked with a wide range of communities across a range of sectors and using a wide variety of methods.

His specialties include creating opportunity and new business connections in community and urban regeneration, resident involvement and worklessness programmes. He has been involved in managing community facilities, and working with multiple partners including Local Strategic Partnerships, public and voluntary sector groups.
