Colin Crooks has confirmed that he will be speaking at a special session looking at the issue of persistent unemployment as part of the 2012 Liberal Democrats Party Conference. Colin Crooks is author of How to Make a Million Jobs and founder and CEO of Tree Shepherd, a social enterprise which aims to tackle the issue of worklessness in some of the country’s most deprived communities.
