Well here we are, nearly at the end of 2022 – it’s time to down tools and get a much needed rest. Taking time – the most valuable gift of all – to spend time with those that we love and cherish.
We’ve still been as busy as ever finishing the last of our 2022 courses and events. Ending on a high, last week we facilitated the first of our ‘Why Should Anyone Care About You or Your Business?’ workshops facilitated by Lere Fisher. The event brought together a group of dedicated individuals who explored how to find their unique selling point and how to turn their passion into a business. The feedback has been tremendous- both from Lere and the attendees and we hope to offer this one day workshop again in the new year.
December saw the last of 2022’s mini markets in Surrey Quays shopping centre. We had 18 different businesses offering goods ranging from crystals to plants, and face painting to skincare. There truly was something for everyone. We’d like to take the time to share a special thanks to the Surrey Quays shopping Centre for welcoming us and all our family of traders over the last few months. The markets have been a resounding success all around -and watch this space for 2023 dates!
The end of a year is a thing to celebrate but it also affords us the opportunity to reflect. We’ve had the very great pleasure to have met and supported some of the most inspiring, promising and talented people. It reinforces my belief that when we work together, support one another and encourage each other to be our best there really is nothing that we can’t do.
Lastly, we’ve had a great year in 2022 and as a team we’re proud of what we’ve accomplished, but it wouldn’t be possible without your encouragement and support so on behalf of all of us at Tree Shepherd we want to say a massive thank you.
On that note, it leaves me to say a very Merry Christmas and an abundance of festive greetings and see you on the otherside,
Sandra and the Tree Shepherd team
Looking forward to 2023 -we have so many projects and opportunities for aspiring entrepreneurs planned and can’t wait to share them all with you as the year progresses. To get things rolling in January we will be launching our Women in Enterprise project. This will be an ongoing programme and will bring together women from all over London who have one thing in common- business. If you’d like to join us on this exciting journey, then keep your eyes peeled on our socials where we’ll be sharing further registration details.
