This week is all about identifying 🔎the ‘problem’. There’s little value in trying to launch something that no-one needs, wants or is likely to want. That’s why this step is really important (actually they all are!!) Start by objectively asking yourself - ⁉is this a problem I experience myself – for example, if you are creating travel bags, have you experienced a lack of travel bags? What will make your travel bags stand out from the crowd etc… Next, go wider. 🗣Ask friends and family if they also experience the problem. Now wider—📲with social media you have the opportunity at the end of your fingers to find out what countless people think- so use those platforms to your advantage. 💡Ask leading questions alongside really simple polls-🗳 this information could prove to be invaluable and help you to avoid some costly future mistakes. 🖐🏾Welcome to week one in our 10-part series 🖐🏾Welcome to week one in our 10-part series of things to consider before launching your enterprise. This week is all about defining your purpose. It might seem obvious or un-necessary but doing this simple task can give you real clarity and focus allowing you to concentrate on the really important things that are going to help you find you market and start making money! 🖊Start by writing out a paragraph that is your brand story-🔎the who, what, where, and why of your purpose. This is a great way of finding your community as it can help you to find the people who hold the same values as you or who need what you’re offering to either bring them joy or usefulness. Next, make a list 📋of five to 10 sentences and test them on friends / family- even strangers. See if they clearly understand what you do and why you do it.
