Through our tried and tested methods we instil within entrepreneurs the skills and knowledge to be confident in their enterprises, leading in turn to personal growth and economic empowerment.
We’ve been doing a lot of work looking at what we offer and do- as well as what we PLAN on offering in the coming years, and we wanted to take a minute to share with you our magic- what it is we do and importantly, the effect.

The effects:
- Increased self-employment and entrepreneurship. Our interventions have supported an increase in self-employment and entrepreneurship, particularly among women from marginalised backgrounds and those previously in unemployment. Improved confidence, skills, and economic empowerment.
- Enhanced community pride and ownership. We form strong partnerships and collaborations, positioning business communities as valuable partners for local councils and developers, fostering an ecosystem of mutual support and community prosperity.
- Thriving businesses contributing to the local economy. Our partnerships have led to increased spend in the local economy and procurement opportunities being awarded to local small businesses.
